All I can say is if you're planning on spending $3000+ or more on a guitar try a Zager first. There's nothing to lose as they will pay shipping and insurance both ways if you are not satisfied. Best customer service I've ever come across.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
It's hard to pick a favorite. I love everything about this guitar but if I had to choose I guess I'd say the sound. Unplugged and plugged in. The Fishman Aura System on this guitar is amazing. It reproduces the natural sound beautifully.

Easily $4500-$5500. Just the looks and appearance alone compares to guitars that cost that much. The beautiful solid Spruce top with rosewood back and sides, the abalone inlay, the hand bent maple binding, mother of pearl, etc... Gorgeous.

Dennis, Jr. provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was very professional in his approach and answered every email (and I sent a myriad of emails to him with my questions) usually within 10-15 minutes of contacting him. Not only that but I ordered the standard wooden hard shell case and was pleasantly surprised to find that he upgraded me to the higher end case for free. Threw in a very nice Zager capo, extra strings, picks and of course the Zager T-Shirt! Zager's record with the BBB, a long with thousands of satisfied, happy customers speaks for itself. I will definitely be buying more guitars from the Zager family. I already have my sights set on the ZAD80CE.

It's hard to pick a favorite. I love everything about this guitar but if I had to choose I guess I'd say the sound. Unplugged and plugged in. The Fishman Aura System on this guitar is amazing. It reproduces the natural sound beautifully.

Not only that but I ordered the standard wooden hard shell case and was pleasantly surprised to find that he upgraded me to the higher end case for free. Threw in a very nice Zager capo, extra strings, picks and of course the Zager T-Shirt! Zager's record with the BBB, a long with thousands of satisfied, happy customers speaks for itself. I will definitely be buying more guitars from the Zager family. I already have my sights set on the ZAD80CE.
