  • Same as our full size ZAD900, just 15% smaller making it easier to hold for smaller players
  • Solid Sitka Spruce/Indian Rosewood, curly maple binding, full abalone and pearl inlay.
  • Players buying the 900OM are coming from Martin OOO Eric Clapton, Taylor 8 and 9 Series

If you demand the best this is it.  When we have a customer come into the shop with a $5000+ high dollar acoustic who’s looking for that type of quality and sound but with easier playability, the 900 is the only guitar we go to.  Unlike our 20 and 50 Series guitars Denny uses a special bracing system on the 900 that allows the face to move half a millimeter more giving more projection and power.   When you hit a string on the 900 you feel it resonate through your gut.  There’s very few guitars today that can do this, especially new guitars, and when you find one it’s usually the price of a small car. Read more

Zager Pro Series guitars play a little easier and sound a little more powerful than our regular series instruments.   The woods are aged longer.  The finish is applied thinner so the sound board moves half a millimeter more when the strings are hit providing a deeper bass response.  Each piece of abalone and pearl is laid by hand and in combination with grover tuners that “pop” to the eye.  Most customers buying our 900 Series are touring artists and veteran musicians coming from high level Martin, Taylor, Santa Cruz and Gibson.  Denny did extensive testing in designing the 900 and sent it to veteran players and artists around the world who put it up against the finest guitars made. Pros say the 900 outperforms guitars at twice its price point (sometimes more), but playability is easier and price is less than half since you’re buying direct from our workshop in Lincoln, Nebraska versus retail stores.

Be sure to read artist comments and magazine reviews on the 900 as it consistently rates in the top 5% of acoustics made world wide. 100% money back guarantee including shipping fees both ways. It’s a lifetime instrument so it comes with a lifetime warranty.  Truly a work of art with a stunning sound that will get better year after year.

  • Smaller “OM Size” Orchestra Model.  15% smaller than full size.  Similar to Martin OOO and Taylor Grand Auditorium.   Narrower hour glass shape sits lower in your lap making it easier to pull in close under your arm.  Thinner body provides a slightly thinner sound but doesn’t overpower mics in the recording studio.
  • Solid wood construction sounds better every year as it ages.
  • Hand carved bracing for greater movement of the soundboard providing a richer sound.
  • Slim neck design feels natural in your hand making it easier to form chords.
  • Custom string spacing for greater speed and accuracy (and less rattles).
  • Zager soft touch fret design for less string bite and finger fatigue.
  • Adjustable truss rod to raise or lower action depending on your playing style.
  • Special ultra thin high gloss finish allows more movement of the body for deeper sound
  • Hand carved bone nut and saddle. (Found on predominantly $1500+ guitars).
  • Hand laid abalone inlay rosette with pearl fret markers.
  • Ivory binding detail and zipper stripe down back (Found in predominantly $1500+ guitars).
  • Genuine Grover tuning machines (best in the world).
  • 100% money back guarantee
  • Lifetime warranty

OM Style
Orchestra models (referred to as OM's) have a body that is 15% smaller then our full size guitars. They have a slightly narrower hour glass design which make them sit lower in your lap so they're a little easier to get your arm around, especially if you're smaller in stature or if you have a larger mid section. Neck size and scale length are identical to our full size guitars.
guitar top 900 spruce
Grade A Sitka Spruce Top Top
Sitka which is known for its strength and durability comes from the Northern coast of British Columbia up into Alaska. It tends to have a warm pinkish/tan hue to it. Spruce offers a tight, punchy low end response with great projection. Players who demand a powerful sound with tons of projection will hear the benefit of a Sitka spruce top. Used on only the highest quality acoustic guitars in the world.
See full build sheet
guitar back sides rosewood
Indian Rosewood Back-sides
One of the most popular and traditional guitar woods of all time. Where mahogany lends itself to the midrange, rosewoods sonic profile is deeper in the low end. Not to take anything away from mahogany as many players will find it difficult to tell them apart, but the dedicated ear will notice a deeper, richer, sweeter tone coming from a rosewood guitar. Many players don’t know that cedar is one of the few woods that can outperform spruce when paired with rosewood which is why Denny uses a Western red cedar top with Indian rosewood back and sides on his 80 series guitars.
binding maple
Hand Bent Figured Maple Binding
Figured Maple binding is not only beautiful to look at but it also protects your guitar from bumps and nicks in daily use. Found generally on guitars exceeding the $2000+ price point.
inlay neck
Mahogany with Inlay Neck
Mahogany—one of the most popular tone woods used on acoustic guitars for the last 50 years. Complete with hand laid contrast inlay.
indian rosewood headstock
Indian Rosewood Headstock
Indian rosewood is commonly found on high-end guitars. This wood is heavier and more dense than mahogany and also is very stable and resonant. East Indian Rosewood is dark brown with sometimes purple-brown streaks giving a pleasant figure. The guitar head stock configuration is a registered trademark and is used under license from C.F. Martin & Co. Inc. of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, USA.
guitar brace work
Zager Design (Hand Scalloped) Bracework
The technique of scalloping or shaving the braces can have a huge impact on the power and tone of an acoustic guitar. By shaving or reducing the thickness of the brace, it becomes more flexible and therefore lets the top move more freely. When done by a Master Luthier the brace maintains its structural integrity, while making the top more efficient. The result is faster attack, longer sustain, more bass, more power, and an overall improvement in the whole tone system.
guitar inlay
Full Abalone Inlay Inlay
Abalone inlay is found on only the highest quality guitars. Laid by hand one piece at a time, the color and translucence of each piece changes with different amounts of light. Not only does it add to the overall look of your guitar, but it also adds to the value. Our 900 Pro Series guitars have an inlay rosette around the sound hole in combination with inlay around the entire face as well as small cross fret markers going up the fret board
guitar fret crosses
Pearl Cross Fret-markers
Used on only the highest quality guitars. Laid by hand on the fret board one piece at a time. It's a very tedious, time consuming process but the results are breathtaking
zipper mahogany
Figured Maple Inlay Back-detail
This accent matches the guitars figured binding and abalone inlay perfectly to give it that extra expensive look of a pro series guitar. Laid by hand one piece at a time. Adds to the overall beauty and sets off the color of the wood. Found on only the highest quality guitars in the world.
high gloss finish
High Gloss Finish
High-gloss finish provides excellent protection but at the same time is extremely light and elastic. This is a crucial point in both the sound of the guitar and its ability to age—which is what makes a guitar sound better year after year. A thick finish muffles a guitar's vibration and blocks aging.
guitar truss
Custom Adjustment Setting Truss-rod
Denny designs his guitars with a truss rod adjustment setting that allows you to dial in your guitar to your particular playing style. In this way if you're a heavy handed player you can set the action higher so you can "get on it" a little for more power, and if you're lighter handed touch player you can dial in the action low so you can move faster and play longer with less fatigue.
guitar grover gears gold
Genuine Grover (gold) Tuning-machines
Genuine Grover sealed tuning machines are found on only the finest guitars made. Look at tuners on $2500+ acoustics and you will see the majority have "Grovers." Unlike open gear tuners where the tuning mechanism is exposed, Grover sealed tuners contain a lubricant that keep the tuning mechanism sealed air-tight so the gears turn smooth and continue to for the life of your instrument. Lifetime warranty. If you have a tuner go bad we'll replace it free of charge for life.
guitar nut
Bone Hand Carved Nut
Denny hand carves his nuts from bone for each guitar so the strings are set lower with custom spacing. Lower string heights make it easier to press down to form chords and it also increases finger speed. Custom spacing allows you to move faster with less buzzes, mutes, and rattles because you’re no longer bumping adjacent strings. Custom string spacing makes it easier for all hands sizes big and small. Lifetime warranty. Break a nut and we'll replace it free of charge for life
guitar saddle
Tusq Hand Carved Saddle
Denny hand carves each saddle for each individual guitar. Denny also adjusts the intonation settings to bring the guitar harmonically in balance with itself. This not only makes your guitar easier to play, but it also makes it sound more powerful. Customers say our guitars fall into tune easier and stay in tune longer...this is one of the reasons why. Denny uses only genuine "Tusq" brand saddles on his guitars which you generally only find on higher dollar acoustics . Lifetime warranty. Break a saddle and we'll replace it free of charge for life.
zager ez play guitars
Zager Custom Lights Strings
Zager custom strings are designed by Denny exclusively for his Guitars. We have customers using all brands and gauges of strings on our guitars with excellent results (Elixir, Martin, Fender, Gibson, D'addario) but these are the strings our customers seem to like the most on our guitars. Hand wound daily in our shop in Lincoln, Nebraska.
frets
Zager Soft Touch (Hand Filed) Frets
Denny hand files each fret one at a time on every guitar that leaves our shop. By filing the frets Denny achieves two important things. When sliding up and down the neck your fingers will no longer get irritated and sore and you won't suffer from what we call "String Bite" and overall finger fatigue. Secondly, when you file the frets by hand each fret will have the same uniform height. 9 times out of 10 when you have a buzzing string it has nothing to with your playing, it’s because you have a guitar with a fret that’s sitting away from the fret board hitting a string.
life time warranty
Lifetime Warranty
Our warranty is simple. Lifetime on all guitars. A quality guitar should be made to last a lifetime and if it doesn't it wasn't a quality guitar to begin with.

For me it is the "creme de la creme" No comparison in any way to others I tried in any way....The quality of workmanship, tone and beauty is way above the frey of any out there as i see it.. I am so thankful i was led to my purchase of a Zager Guitar.

It is so beautiful and the sound is such as it leads me to want to stick with learning more and more of each day...as a beginner on guitar everyone is telling me what a great sound and how well i am doing. Add to this, my fingers don't get sore and this is a great motivation to keep on learning. I am totally in love with my Zager guitar.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
most likely many times over what i paid. knowing what I know now I wouldn't sell mine for the price I paid...I'd have to say I just know what i've seen out there this one would sell for at least 1500 to 2,000.00 and I wouldn't sell mine for any price...

How would you rate customer support?

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
I've been playing small body (0 & 00) Martin guitars for fifty years. The Zager Parlor has a fuller, ringing sound, and the ease of play is remarkable. The craftsmanship is just as good if not superior to any Martin, Gibson, or Guild.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
For a body that measures between an 0 and 00, the sound is fantastic - and as big as a 000-18 or 28.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
Not a dollar less than $1,750.00.

How would you rate customer support?
It's superb. It's a small, family run business, and they can't do enough for you. There's a personal connection immediately and I felt valued.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I recommend Zager guitars to anyone, including beginners, professionals, and especially older players like me who have mitigating factors like arthritis. When they say there's no string bite, they are absolutely accurate.

Additional comments:
When something seems too good to be true, it almost always is. But these guitars are even better than promised, with a fit and finish that's incomparable. I've made the "pilgrimage" to Nazareth, PA, to the Martin factory. Martin has been like a second religion for me - I do believe I've just converted!

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
The Zager Parlor is supreme in most ways to my 40+ year old solid mahogany Harmony. Compared to other guitars I've recently checked out, I believe there's not a better guitar for me in this price range.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
Playing the Zager Parlor for several months now (March to July 5013) I'd have to say, the SOUND QUALITY plus playability.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$700.00. Believe it, it's the bling and all the extra production care that makes exclusive and pricey guitars. I wanted a simple unadorned guitar and got way more as a surprise.

How would you rate customer support?
Excellent. 5 out of 5!

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Absolutely yes! I'd want any guitar player to know about the quality of the Zager guitar line.

Additional comments:
Although I'm not a pro player, I was an apprentice luthier back in the mid 70s in Toronto Canada. I learned what to look for in a quality guitar. Now that I'm semi-retired, and have a little more free time, I wanted to upgrade to a better practice guitar and I've definitely found it in the Zager product line. I've got a slower hand now, and I'm not a wannabe, but every time I see that cool hard shell Zager case, I want to open it up and play for another hour or two. I'm having fun relearning and improving technique, and I believe my ZAGER Parlor hog is making it easier. Thanks to Denny and the Zager family for their unique marketing of a high quality product at an outstanding price for all of us.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
I do love my other guitar, but keep reaching for the Zager Parlor because it's so easy and fun to play.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
My Zager Parlor is fun and adorable, and I like the way she feels in my arms. Everyone admires the quality of workmanship and how beautiful she is. The sound and tone that this small-sized guitar produces is amazing. My favorite thin, though, is how easy she is to play.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
Priceless to me. Someday I'll pass her on to my precious granddaughter.

How would you rate customer support?
Very courteous and helpful, beyond what I expected even after reading good reviews. I've spent hours on the website because it's so interesting and full of information.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
In a minute!

Additional comments:
My Parlor was delivered in a timely manner with all her parts, and is even well-adjusted! What more could one ask for?

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
I bought an Aria acoustic about 35 years ago, but never really learned to play it. I have a relatively small hand and the Aria frustrated me to the point it sat in my closet for years. I was interested in the Zager as it was described as easy to play. I love the feel of the Zager Parlor, and it fits my hands well.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
It feels very easy to play. I love the position of the strings.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
500.00-600.00

How would you rate customer support?
In a word, Incredible. Every email sent is responded to within minutes. Denny helped me decide which guitar best fit my needs.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Absolutely. The quality and finish of this instrument is A+. It is very easy to play even for me, a beginner.

Additional comments:
A little story about this purchase. I will be. 61 April 1 and my wife asked what I wanted for my birthday. I told her a guitar. She told me to go find one. Enter Denny Zager. I sent him an email inquiry asking first was I too old to learn. I have not picked up a guitar in over 30 years. He coached me on what he though would be the best instrument to learn with and even found a brand new Parlor in their scratch and dent area. Long story short, I received the guitar within a week of ordering it and I love it.. I have a relatively small hand and it fits it perfectly. Thanks Denny for your help and I look forward to my first set of lessons. Steve.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
The Zager Parlor has a wonderful finish. Its action is likewise excellent, and it has the projection of a full-sized cutaway acoustic. Its tone is likewise nice, and the Zager Parlor is very responsive to touch.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
It's impossible to pick; I'm amazed at the quality of appearance, the playability and the projection equally.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$700 ( Easily double what I paid for it )

How would you rate customer support?
From Dennis Jr to Jill, everyone has been wonderful. All my e-mail responses have been within hours, regardless of the day / time I have sent them. No big box store would ever respond as quickly.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I already have ( I've had the guitar for less than a week ). However, I don't need to say anything. I just let my friends play it, and they all become convinced.

Additional comments:
I bought one of the "discount" models. I am unable to find any flaws that I can justify the drop in price. Zager guitars have a high standard of quality, and I am very impressed with my guitar. Thank you, all

This is the finest acoustic guitar I've owned. The value is astonishing for the price; it could sell for three times what they asked.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
The smell.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$1200, easily.

These guys are a textbook example of how to run a web business. The site has tons of info, the many reviews inspire confidence in the product, their guarantees relieve any potential buyer's remorse, the guitar itself is without flaw, and the various goodies they send with it make you feel loved.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I'd send anyone needing an acoustic guitar to Zager in a heartbeat.

Additional comments:
I've been playing for 45 years, have a home studio, and went with the "Zager Parlor" simply to use as a "knockabout". The quality, finish, workmanship and gestalt of this guitar is far more than I expected, and my expectations were high, given previous reviews.

As I have played about all of them and owned most, I would have to say that this Parlor is unbelievably great!

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
I have many favorites about this guitar. Great tone, EZ Play, and customer service to name a few. Comes with a certificate of authorization, tee shirt, extra strings and picks.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$1000-$1200

How would you rate customer support?
The most incredible I have ever seen! I had trouble tuning in the beginning learning the lighter touch and using a cheap acoustic tuner. Dennis Jr. sent me a heavier set of strings but I also bought a piezo headstock tuner that cured the problem. There was no problem with the guitar itself and they broke their backs helping me. Even offered a replacement. Free shipping and return shipping if you don't like it!

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I already do and will continue to. Great value! I will most likely buy an OM style.

Additional comments:
I have been playing for 35+ years. Because of chronic arthritis, I wanted a playable small acoustic. This replaces my Takamine EAN10c which has a gorgeous tone but to me is now unplayable. The Parlor is exactly what I was looking for. A porch or recliner guitar. If I still could play out, I would mic it. It's that good! Only paid $375!! Got the hard case with the humidity sensor for $96. No tax, no shipping! The tee shirt I got was white in XL. I gave it to my wife. Ordered a XXL in black and got more picks! I can't understand how they make any money. Buy one!!

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
Several years ago I broke down and bought a Martin 000. and then an Alhambra 8P. The Zager is far easier on to play and the tone quality is better than any guitar that I have owned

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
The playability.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?

Terrific

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
The value vs quality is unbeliveable

Additional comments:
I have developed arthritis in both thumbs and tried to use light gauge strings on both the Martin and the Alhambra. Both suffered miserably in tone quality and the nylon strung Alhambra was difficult to finger pick the strings because of the looseness of the strings

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
My first guitar was a Martin and I sold it on Ebay. It was a good guitar but made my fingers so very sore as a new learner. Then I bought an Ovation, this also was a very nice guitar but again I just could not get past my fingers being so sore. All this time I watched your videos and looked at your guitars on the internet and finally I sold my Ovation on Ebay and purchased the Parlor. It was perfect. This guitar played so great that I got right though the sore fingers. I can play and play and enjoy it so much.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
With the sizing chart on your website plus I asked Denny questions which he helped me so much, I bought the guitar (Parlor) that was the perfect fit for me. It was as if it was made just for me. I had alot of trouble holding the strings down and had the worst time "dudding". But with my Zagger I dont do that anymore!!! It was amazing that I was playing the way I always wanted to. I am just learning and this wonderful guitar is everything that the website said it was. I am truly having fun playing. It is well made and beautiful.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
I bought the Mahogany Parlor and I would have thought this guitar would have cost 1,200.00 as I played a Martin Mahogany that cost 1,400.00 at a guitar store and my Zagger is every bit as good as that Martin. I only paid 375.00 and it is worth a whole lot more.

How would you rate customer support?
You could not ask for any better customer support. Over the past year I asked many questions and every time I got a answer within the hour. Also I loved watching the video that Denny done all about the Zager guitar. There is tons of information on the website.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
You bet I highly recommend Zager Guitars. I bought my guitar it was to come with a soft case but I got an email telling me that they were out of the soft cases and instead sent me a hard case with my guitar, you could have knocked me over with a feather that the Zager company would have done that. Years ago companies went out of there way to help there customers but you dont find that much anymore and here THEY did it. WOW!!! This is awesome. I have told everybody I know about how great my guitar is and I truly believe that if you would play it just once you could not put it down.

Additional comments:
It is a wonderfully made guitar, the craftsman ship is fantasic. You can not go wrong purchasing a Zager!!!!

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
I have always played Ovation and judge the others by my 70's model. The face, of course, cracked and had to be reglued but it plays as well or better than the Martin or the Gibson I own. The Zager plays as well as my old Ovation but has a more mellow "woody" sound which I like. The string tension seems less and I don't need to press down so hard on the Zager.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
I have the Zager Parlor and I enjoy the 12 fret neck.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$500- $600

How would you rate customer support?
Customer support is the best I have ever seen or heard of.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I don't ever plan on buying any other brand and plan to tell every one I know about Zager guitars.

Additional comments:
I hope to purchase an OM model very soon Virgil Fiske 102 Rd 3950 Farmington, NM 87401

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
It is my first guitar. It is much easier for me to play than my husbands Guitars. He has a 1968 Martin D28, a new dreadnaught Epiphone, an Alvarez classical guitar,(my next favorite after the Zager) and a $50 Ensenada.I tried a friends new small size Loar last week and I like my Zager much better.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
How easy it is to play without loss in sound quality.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$700 or $800.

How would you rate customer support?
excellent.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Oh yes!Because it is so easy to play and sounds great and is very competitively priced.

Additional comments:
It is also a very beautiful looking guitar and the case is real high quality too.I loved the little extra things that came with it-picks, tee shirt, strings guitar lesson, etc.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
Compares very favorably with my Zager ZAD 50 and that is a good thing! Could not find anything in the stores that can match it.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
The shorter scale. I have a shoulder problem that makes a full size dread uncomfortable. For me the Zager Parlor fits just right and still has the playability and quality of my ZAD 50.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
$700 to 900.

How would you rate customer support?
Excellant. Have not had any problems but any questions have been answered very promptly.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Certainly. I would recommend the Zager line to anyone.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
There is no comparison to a Zager. I went to a local music store to find a strap and I shared with owner the ease of playing the Zager. He began showing me his line of guitars, saying that his had the same features for less money, then asked if he could try mine. He began playing for a few miuutes then handed it back saying, "You keep this guitar, honey, you,ve got a good one."

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
In order, my favorite part of the Parlor is--well, I can't decide -- the size, the craftsmanship, the sound, or the way the strings rarely need tuning, but probably the pride I feel in owning and "playing" such a quality instrument.

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
I don't have enough experience to make a price comparison, but my impression is that I certainly found a bargain!

How would you rate customer support?
Customer support has beeb top notch. The most outstanding feature of the Zager customer service is the personal touch I have felt.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
I will and have already recommended the Zager based on the pleasure I am experiencing with my Zager Parlor mahogany, the quality craftsmanship, the comparative ease of playing, the ease of the online purchase and someday, the sound of the music coming from it.

Additional comments:
Thanks to Dennis Zager, the designer and craftsmam, and to Dennis, Jr., Jill and anyone else who makes this business so pleasant.

How does this guitar compare with your old guitar, other guitars, or guitars you've tried in stores?
My Zager Parlor Mahogany plays as well as guitars in the $1000.00 range and actually to get the same bass response and projection I'd be playing a guitar over $5000.00. I have a Takamine G series and while I rally like it, it has a much brighter sound and not close in the bass response. I have played over 40 different guitars at a local store of a national guitar chain and this guitar surpasses most of them in sound quality to me. The play-ability too is so much better.

What's your favorite part about this guitar?
First of all what's not to like. The sound quality, the way this guitar projects. The solid wood mahogany gives this Zager Parlor a real rich deep sound that is not well matched in lesser quality guitars. I bought it because of the EZ play feature but fell in love with he sound quality. The way the sound resonates and fills my body as I play

If you didn't know the price of this guitar what would you estimate the price to be?
Based on the quality sound this guitar produces I'd say at least $1500.00 based on cpmparison to the ones I have played at the store

How would you rate customer support?
World class, a rare asset that sets Zagar guitar apart from many companies no matter the industry. I have had some questions and Dennis has been quick to respond and make sure all is well.

Would you recommend this guitar to others…if so why?
Yes. The sound quality for the price, the ease of play and the beauty plus quality of the guitar.

Additional comments:
I picked this guitar up used and even so I am still being treated as if I am the original owner.
