In the event of a return we’ll email you a printable, postage paid Fedex return label so you can ship back the guitar package free of charge with any Fedex drop off location.
If I order today when will it arrive?
If you order Monday through Friday we have most guitars out within 72 hours after Mr. Zager’s final inspection. Average ship time is 5 business days. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped Monday. If you need a guitar faster contact us and we can get you an exact quote. Average 2 day air shipping is $200-225 depending on your location. Overnight is closer to $300. Due to the size of our boxes which are required for the protection of your guitar air shipping is very expensive. We no longer offer international shipping as shipping fees are even higher which make it impossible to offer our money back guarantee.
